We think about the future and want to operate even more sustainably. We have succeeded in this and have been awarded gold status by the ibex fairstay label. This includes among other things:

• We use almost exclusively ecological cleaning products.
• Employee wages are all above the minimum wage
• We are committed to the region
• We work to a large extent with regional craftsmen.
• Most of our suppliers are from the region.
• We make a profit so that we can invest in renewal in good time.

• Cheese from the valley, Bucheggberg, Jura and the water office

• Cider from the Miller family farm in Wangenried
