Serviced longstay apartments in the old town

Since September 2019 we rent out four newly renovated and fully equipped longstay apartments. The studios are located at Schmiedengasse 20 directly in the old town of Solothurn (not in the same building as the Hotel an der Aare).

Three of the studio’s measures around 30 sqm and one studio around 50 sqm. The studios are above one another connected with a staircase yet each with its own entry and mailbox.

• Separate bathroom with toilet and shower (incl. towels)
• A Nordic box springbed 160 cm (1-2 persons)
• Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and refrigator
• Coffee machine
• Entry with wardrobe
• Closet
• Round table for eating or working
• Sideboard with rotatable TV
• Pleasant room lighting
• Free wireless in the whole building
• Use of washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities in the cellar

Conditions:

• Minimal stay of 3 nights
• Check in time according to the agreement
• Full prepayment of the total stay
  (For long-stay guests with monthly prepayment)
• Non refundable 
  (for long-stay guests cancellation deadline 1 month)
